Botola Pro: Where to Watch the Matches at a Café

The CaféMatch editorial team · Published on 30 September 2026 · 2 min read · Updated on 30 September 2026

Botola Pro fills cafés all season long, often midweek. Where to find a venue showing it, and how to follow the standings.

The league that fills cafés midweek

Botola Pro is Morocco's professional league: matchdays spread from autumn to spring, plenty of evening fixtures, and clubs deeply rooted in their cities — Wydad and Raja in Casablanca, AS FAR and FUS in Rabat, Renaissance de Berkane, MAS in Fez, Hassania in Agadir, Ittihad in Tangier, Kawkab in Marrakech, COD in Meknes.

The top flight's lineup shifts every season with promotions and relegations. What doesn't change is that the match gets watched at the café.

Finding a venue showing Botola

The CaféMatch map shows the cafés, bars and restaurants around you and the matches each one has announced for the evening. A weekday league match is usually easy to find without booking — but a fixture between two big clubs gets treated like a derby.

City by city, listed venues appear in the guide where to watch football in Morocco. And for the season's biggest fixture, it's all here: the Casablanca derby.

League or cup: what changes for you

A weekday league match is easy to find on arrival: cafés are showing it, the room is full without being packed. A fixture between two big clubs, a semi-final or a derby needs planning the day before. That distinction simply decides whether you book or not.

The stadium is still the stadium. But for a match on the other side of the country, a midweek fixture or a sold-out one, the café is the next best thing — and the only place you can walk into at eight without a ticket.

Standings, top scorers, player profiles

Botola's standings, top scorers and player profiles live in the app, under the Standings tab — that needs a free account. The AI predictions, though, can be checked without one: they're recalculated every night from the standings, with no human involved.
